Wow,that looks bad. Where is this coming from? A relic of the last govt's policy, or (more scarily) an indication of the new???
Yes, it's pretty nasty! It's hard to tell where it's coming from, but I think it has less to do with either government than an in-house commitment to economic 'efficiency'. If efficiency is over-worked staff and unhappy students, we're achieving it!
